Hi @ai6667,
No problem 🙂 Mmm, I don’t see exactly the problem, in my case, and simple examples on standard themes, it works nicely. This seems to be a very localized issue.
Did you try to fix it by using CSS? Do you have a screenshot of the issue?

Regarding the AI form 1 and Ai form 2, we have the same form but on different mobile devices. On one device, the keyboard obfuscates the textarea.
In the other photo, we have a chatbot which is quite responsive on all devices as the height shrinks(the textarea moves up) to accommodate for the keyboard.
Thanks once again Jordy for all this support. I can certainly see how committed u are compared to many other plugin and app developers I have seen over the years.
Mmmmmmmm, this issue are very, very specific indeed 🙁 On my side, I can’t do much, I actually implemented the forms and the chatbots to make them as simple as possible, and easy to style through CSS. However, they aren’t “web app”, controlled by me at 100%, they are part of your WordPress, your theme and your layouts have a direct impact on this. If you switch themes, you’ll have a complete different experience.
There aren’t really good solutions for this unfortunately. The only way would be to modify the CSS of your theme to give more space to the forms and the chatbots when it’s on mobile. On my side, I can’t take this kind of decision and override everyone’s WordPress 🙂
You’ll probably encounter the same issue with contact forms as well.
Sorry about this, I really wished there was an easy solution.
