AI forms without Gutenberg?

I would love to work with the AI forms, but since i dont work with the Gutenberg editor the website suggests:

If you don’t use blocks (Gutenberg Editor), you can create this form using a plugin like Reusable Blocks Extended then drop the shortcode of that form anywhere you like, including Elementor and other page builders.

but that plugin is very old. Is there any other way to works with the AI form without using the Gutenberg Editor? How can i make such a form with shortcode in another way?
