I don’t know what “the other option is displayed twice” means.
Please provide exact details to reproduce this issue, along with specific details of the expected behavior vs the actual behavior, including screenshots as would be helpful.

Gravityforms radio button settings:
– Other options enabled
– Custom CSS class: gf_list_3col
Frontend: other options duplicated.
Tested CSS classes: gf_list_2col, gf_list_3col, gf_list_4col.
Other options duplication always exists.
Turning off the AIO SEO plugin solves the problem.

Thank you for the additional information. When I set this up on a test site as you’ve described, the “other” is only in one column.
Try these troubleshoooting steps to narrow down a conflict with another plugin/theme (https://semperplugins.com/documentation/how-to-troubleshoot-issues-with-all-in-one-seo-pack/).
TLDR: deactivate all plugins that aren’t AIOSEOP or GF, and switch to the default theme.
As there hasn’t been a reply in 2 weeks, I’m marking this as resolved.
