AIOS 5.4.0 version Affecting Write Access

    After upgrading the All-In-One Security (AIOS) – Security and Firewall] plugins version from 5.3.1 to 5.4.0 , I am not able to edit the any configuration file or custom .htaccess file. with the current version 5.3.0 i am able to save the custom file.

    New Features Affecting Write Access.

    Could you please help, what would be reason.

    I am using WordPress version 5.7.2 and PHP version 8.0

    Hi @harish498,

    Can you please provide more information?

    Can you please cross check .htaccess file have enough permission?

    WP security > Dashboard > Debug log have any make sure you have debug log on from WP security > Settings > General settings.

    If I check here WP security > Tools > Custom .htaccess rules. those are saved and applied in .htaccess file.
