AIOS plugin blocking VPN traffic?

    I am looking for help with which setting to disable or enable in order to allow traffic from VPN’s to visit our website. I have several members complaining they are blocked from viewing the site when they use their VPN, and refuse to disable their VPN even though our club website is a known and reputable site.

    We have country blocking enabled for all countries except the USA. so those users who have a VPN enabled get the 127.0.0.1 splash page, even though their VPN is set with an IP address inside the US which should not be blocked. Is my thinking correct here?

    I have tested with Private Internet Access VPN with a VPN server located in Tennessee, US and I get the 127.0.0.1 page.

    Any help would be appreciated on how to allow VPN traffic inside the US to access the website.

    Those are features of the premium version. Unfortunately, the rules of ww.wp.xz.cn do not allow us to use their forums for support related to paid software.
