• Hello,

    For the past 72 hours, most orders paid with the Airwallex payment module for WooCommerce have not been set to “Completed” status and remain “In progress.”
    This problem occurs when the payment is not in 3D secure.

    This would therefore coincide with the latest WooCommerce and Airwallex plugin update.

    Do you have any idea why some orders are not in “Completed” status?
    The status must be completed as soon as the payment has been accepted and the order must not remain in “in progress” status.
