Ajax and Filter Reset

I have 2 issues that need help with please.
- AJAX doesn’t seem to be working. I put in the portfolio row CSS ID #projects and put that in the ID box of the plugin. Or I’ve tried to put the class .portfolio-wrap.
Both way doesn’t work. Now, when I click on the filter, I need to refresh the page for the project to show, so AJAX is not working properly here. Kindly advise. - I need a reset button to clear each filter. How can I achieve this please?
