    The gallery plug-in has stopped working on my friend’s site. It shows the below error

    ’AJAX Error! Please refresh page’

    can advice on how to fix asap please as we need the gallery up and running for Sunday 🙂

    Hi @calbs,

    First of all, could you please let us know if you use any sections that are generated by third party plugins on that page?

    We hope that you wouldn’t mind adding the following constants at the top of your wp-config.php file to see if that helps:

    define("NGG_DISABLE_SHORTCODE_MANAGER", TRUE);
define('NGG_ENABLE_RESOURCE_MANAGER', TRUE)
