    Hello,

    When deploying an archive I got stuck at final steps with this error but there is no installer-log.txt file to be found.

    ERROR:
    AJAX ERROR! STATUS:0 timeout
    Please try again an issue has occurred.
    Please see the installer-log.txt file for more details.

    Please also note that there is another thread with the same title here, from last year, but the lin provided by your support doesn’t work anymore.

    Thanks but I gave up trying with this host as the problem seemed to only relate to this server. I deployed the same archive at another server and it worked fine.

    I got the same error:

    AJAX ERROR! STATUS: 0 errorPlease try again an issue has occurred.

    Please see the installer-log.txt file for more details.

    The installer-log.txt file is there but how do I see what the error is and how to solve it?
    I am not that technical.
