• I’m using the Minimaze Pro theme, which includes a customized Site Origin Pagebuilder plugin. No issues with functionality until I installed Give. When both Give and the Pagebuilder plugins are activated, the Pagebuilder editor modal box on any given page is suddenly stuck at the bottom of the scree. Ordinarily I can scroll the box up/down, thus enabling me to click “Save” at the far bottom of that particular modal box.

When both Give and Pagebuilder plugins are activated, I receive this message: “Your site appears to be blocking the WordPress ajax interface. This may causes issues with Give.”. Deactivating Pagebuilder does NOT remove error message. Deactivating Give DOES remove the error message.

    Suggestions?

Can you try disabling all other plugins except Give and see if the behavior continues? If it doesn’t, then re-enable the other plugins one at a time until you find the conflicting plugin, then let us know what it is.

In the meantime, I’ll take a look at Minimaze Free for now and see if I notice any issues with that. If we both end up striking out, then it most likely is a problem with the Page Builder directly.

    Keep me posted. Thanks!

All plugins were disabled except Give and Pagebuilder; the error persists. If I disable Give, the error with the Pagebuilder modal box is resolved.

OK, I still need to test with the free theme. Check in again tomorrow and hopefully I’ll have some progress. If you could, can you also email me at support [at] givewp.com and reference this ticket? Thanks!
