Ajax feature update two data without reloading on same page

Hello,

I have a siteweb using two counters on the same page(one in the top of the article and one at the end). When I click on one of them this counter is updated directly but the other is only updated after page refresh.

My question is, is there a way to apply ajax update to all my counters on who are on the same page?
