    Hi @tomashalo,

Could you try enabling the option Enable cookie blocker for AJAX loaded content?

You can do this by enabling the “Enable advanced features” checkbox under Complianz > Settings > General, then scrolling down the page until you find the “AJAX loaded content” option under the Advanced Features section.

    Hope it helps!
    Kind regards,
    Jarno

    Hello,
yes, of course I checked that option. If it were embeded youtube video, it works perfect but this is the link (via image) to video only, because I don’t know how to block video in popup window (one of my previous thread). So I tried to block link itself and allow it after obtain the consent by clicking on placeholder.

    I would appreciate any help

    Kind regards
    Tomas

    Hi @tomashalo,

If it is the same pop-up script, I would personally recommend a similar implementation as you had in your previous thread (https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/how-to-block-youtube-videos-in-magnific-popup/).

As that implementation worked fine with blocking the YouTube scripts/video’s prior to consent, as well as that it also inserted the “blocked content notice” to Accept Cookies and enable the service.

    Kind regards,
    Jarno

    Hi Jarno,
yes, it’s the same script and I tried my previous implementation, but I can’t display “blocked content notice” in elements via ajax. My integration is based on blocked url (open this link) but in ajax content this rule is not work.

    Thank you for your assistance

    Kind regards

If the plugin is including the videos client side, you would need to block the entire script that handles this. As a lot of functionality is included in this script, this would essentially break all that functionality.

The only way to handle this, is to separate the script that loads the content in a separate javascript file. Then add this script in the integrations scripts as marketing.
