Hey anaaa,
We have a setting on the “Configure” tab for ajax related issues. Try checking the box for “Are you using an ajax theme?” and saving. This should fix the problem. There are other things to try if it doesn’t.

Hey Ana,
I took a look at the page. Did you disable the ajax page transitions in the theme and if so, can you re-enable them so that we can take a look?
Also, did you try all of the solutions in the FAQ and none of them worked? Most people end up having success with the plugin if all else fails.
