Did you deactivate the plugin, remove it and install it again?
If it does not help please email me, I will send you a hack or hack it to get yours working.

I have just managed to reproduce the error you have and pushed a new fix.
Please update to the new version, which is 2.2.3.
And please let me know if it fixes your issue.

The update solved the problem. What went wrong before?
It was trying to month from some options but the options were not set.
I have no idea how the other people’s site are working.
