Ajax steps Error

When Ajax steps are enabled, clicking “Start Over” on the final confirmation screen for a reservation causes a popup labeled “Error” to appear. This popup only appears in Safari browsers. Disabling Ajax steps resolves the error.
Note that installing WordPress and the Salon Booking System fresh on a local environment still produces the same “Error” popup, so we believe this is not caused by the theme or other plugins.
