Ajax tracking
-
Hi Tony
First, thank you for taking the time to evaluate our plugin and reaching out to us.
When a user clicks an ‘Add to Cart’ button, the Pixel event is sent to Facebook prior to executing the WooCommerce Add To Cart action.
This will also work properly when the ‘Redirect to cart after page successful addition’ is checked.
Please let us know if you have any other questions regarding this product or your specific setup.
Thank you,
JacobFor some reason I only see PageView and AddToCart in my Facebook events admin page. However I received a few orders already since I activated the plugin.
Do have some idea how to check the possible issue?
I only see PageView and AddToCart events on FB. There were a few checkouts since but I haven’t received any data on it.
I also purged caching, it did not resolve the issue.
I hope we can make it work.
Tony,
The Purchase event is triggered when the user reaches the Order Received page. Can you provide me with a link to your website so I can review?
Thank you,
JacobI saw you updated the plugin. Tomorrow I will reactivate the plugin, check it again and if it doesn’t work I send you the link.
Thanks for the quick response!
Please keep me posted. I am here to help!
Tony,
I wanted to check in and see if you were still having the problem or if it has been resolved.
Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance.
Thank you,
JacobI did not have time to check it further. I saw you made a few updates. It is likely that it will solve my issue.
I mark this resolved 🙂
Thanks
Tony,
Please do not hesitate to reach out to us again if you have any further questions.
Thank you,
JacobIf you find WP Facebook Pixel useful, then please give us a positive review, here: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/view/plugin-reviews/wp-facebook-pixel?rate=1#postform
If you don’t feel we deserve a 5 star rating, then please don’t review and let us know what we can do to improve! Ratings under 5 stars really hurt us.
Best wishes,
Jacob
