    Hello,
I’m sure I’m not the only one. I used before CF7 with akismet to prevent SPAM, and it works well.
I change with forminator because I saw you also use akismet and it should be better than other captcha. But with your plugin it doesn’t filter as well as CF7… I’m receiving too much SPAM and don’t want to add any other captcha.
Is there a solution to configure better the akismet in the form? with CF7 we needed to put attribute on email fields and name author field.
    Regards

  • Hi @wedgemaster

I hope you are doing well today.

Unfortunately it’s not possible to have submissions 100% protected from spam but using multiple protection methods does help reducing it by good amount.

Forminator has its own simple anti-spam protection built-in in the form of so called “honeypot”. It’s just a basic protection but together with reCaptcha, it should strengthen the “shield” a bit. Can you check the honeypot is enabled?

    Kind Regards,
    Kris
