The authors of the plugin want to get paid for its use on commercial sites. You need to put the question in front of the WordPress user community. If it is a plugin not a free for all, it is necessary to exclude from ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins
they don’t even answering, because they know they screw it up. It’s called greediness !

You’re seeing that message because you’ve only got a Basic Plan for your site. The free or pay-what-you-want plan is for personal sites and blogs and is not meant for commercial or professional endeavors. If your site is meant to make a profit, it is required to be on a paid plan.
You can upgrade your plan by logging in to your Akismet account and opening up this page:
http://akismet.com/plans

deonisdenis The Akismet plugin is opensource and the code for that plugin is free and open.
The word “code” is important. The service for Akismet is not. There are conditions for using the service and your site apparently no longer qualifies for free usage of their service.
