Album display

I am sorry for the trouble here.

Just to confirm – could you please let me know if you use a shortcode of this structure to display yoru albums [imagely album=”1″].

Does it display fine when you use a shortcode of this type: [ngg src=”albums’ ids=”1″]

While we were unable to replicate an issue on any of our test sites – we’ll be looking further to see why this is happening.

In the meantime – could you please confirm that you are not using a custom template for your albums?

You can determine this eanbling the legacy Imagely options:

In case you need to access the deprecated Imagely settings will just take a few steps: 

1. First, log into your WordPress dashboard
2. Next, paste this query string to the end of your website URL then press enter: /wp-admin/admin.php?page=imagely-settings&tab=hidden
3. Your URL should look something like this: https://www.mywebsite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=imagely-settings&tab=hidden
4. In case you’d like to enable access to the Legacy version of Imagely you’ll just need to toggle this button then refresh the page: https://a.supportally.com/i/wfvnnH
5. You should then be able to access the legacy “NextGEN Gallery > Gallery Settings > Basic Compact Album” and check if it uses a “Legacy Old Template”.

Please keep in mind though that these are deprecated Legacy settings so our team will only be able to provide limited support for any issues that may come up from using these settings.
