Could someone please point me the in right direction for creating albums as all the guides and forum searching hasn’t helped me, I found this closed thread https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/albums-feature-usage/ and attempted to follow the steps although I do not see any of the album widget options described.

I’m working in WordPress via Hostinger with the most recent Robo Gallery (5.1.2) pro plugin installed on a Safari browser.

    Thanks in advance!

Thanks for your question, and for the detailed information about your setup.

You’re absolutely right that some older threads describe the Albums feature a bit differently. In Robo Gallery 5.x (Fusion Grid), albums are not created as a separate post type. Instead, they are built using a hierarchy between galleries.

In the current version, albums are created by assigning child galleries to a parent gallery. When you open any gallery (version 3 or version 5), you should see a panel called “Albums Hierarchy” in the right sidebar of the editor. This is where you can structure your galleries. The gallery that acts as the parent becomes the “album,” and the galleries assigned under it become its children. When displayed in Fusion Grid, those child galleries appear as albums on the front end.

So the key idea is that album behavior is created through hierarchical relationships between galleries, not through a separate album entity.

If you don’t see the Albums Hierarchy panel, please double-check that you’re editing a Fusion Grid (v5) gallery and that the right sidebar panels are visible and expanded. Since you’re using version 5.1.2, everything should be available.

If it still doesn’t appear or something isn’t working as expected, please contact our local support and we’ll gladly help you set it up step by step.
