    Hello,

    First at all GREAT plugin!

    I have problem with sync existing users from main website to sub website. New registred users at main website sync good with sub mebsite. At main website i use UserPro plugin. I did tests at both websites and all pass, plugin configuration looks good and without any error.

    Situation 1: At sub website where i dont have users at the moment, when i try to login i got error “User not exist”. at plugin log is clear and without errors.

    Situation 2: When i login at main website where i have over 200 users i got error et sub website:
    Success – Access granted – https://mainwebsite.com
    “Alert – Login action failed – received invalid data.”

    Please can you help me with this problem.

    Hi @shojka ,

    If the users do not exist on 1 site, you have to import them first to make sure they can login.
    Alternatively, users getting updated on site A can be created automatically on site B depending on the plugin’s configuration. Please check the FAQ.

    Please also note that UserPro is a third party and not supported – it may or may not work with it.
