Alert Settings Keep Resetting

Hello,

I keep having the same problem where I update the alert settings to not include alerts such as changes in post status and form submissions – and then after a week or so, those settings completely reset. I also add my IP address as a “trusted”, and add another email account to the alerts recipients list – same problem, they disappear without any apparent reason after a week or so. This is especially bizarre because my site has both a live and staging environment, and the staging environment does not experience the same issues. But for some reason, the live site consistently loses this information. Can you think of any reason why this might be? Thanks!
