It isn’t possible to force the buttons to the bottom of the cell using a setting in Page Builder. You can perhaps try editing each Text widget, open the Attributes section on the right, and set a min-height in the CSS Declarations field:
min-height: 90px
Adjust the value as required.
that doesn’t seem to be working. it still isn’t aligning
