alignleft not working in shortcode?

    I’m attempting to put a video floating left aligned in a single wordpress page, and it’s not showing up aligned left. the page is currently protected since it’s not released

    I’ve looked everywhere I can and am not seeing what the issue is, and I figure it’s clear as day to someone not sitting 5 inches away from it. I’d really love to get this sorted so I can close this task out, and will think the nicest thoughts at anyone who has any insight.

    for whatever damned reason i went back, redid everything (for the tenth time!) and it works fine.

    … *shakes fist at sky*
