Alignment problem

Hi there,

Thanks for offering great plugin for free.

But unfotunately I am having a couple of difficulties with it:

1- I have created 4 tables. When I add a fifth one it does not display. Is it a bug or am I allowed only four as a free user?

2- In one of the tables, the text in one of the cells does not align horizontally with texts in other cells which are on the same row.
