Alignment settings

When we add this plugin on our site. It sets up with the titel to the left, and the input fields all centered.
Is there a way to customize this so that everything is aligned either center of left or whoever we want.
Also, is there a way to make it horizontally align to other parts on a page?
For example, we’d like to add the plugin on our Contact us page, but as soon as we do so, then the title of your plugin is a bit higher that “head office” title of our page. We’d like to have both of them the same height.
