Your site may have a plugin that is not compatible with AMP. Also, we noticed that your amp pages are not accessible as those redirecting back to canonical URL.

please share your site health info along with debug log using this form so we can assist you better.
Thanks for the info, As I mentioned in my previous comment you may have incompatible plugin or theme functionality, it will be very helpful if you share PHP error log as mentioned in Form.( check for Fatal Errors )
Alternatively, you may try to suppress the plugins one by one to find out the incompatible plugins. our guide has more info on it.
