All answers correct, different Correct Answer Info on results page

Thanks for the great plugin.

In a multiple choice test off 9 questions all answers can be correct (users can chose only one answer, though). I would like to give different Correct Answer Info on the results page depending on the answer that a user gives. There is only 1 Correct Answer Info field in the text department, so it looks I can’t do this. Is it somehow possible yet to do what I want?

So:
Q1 has 4 answers: A1, A2, A3 & A4, all correct
If user choses A1, the correct answer info is ‘Text 1’
If user choses A4, the correct answer info is ‘Text 4’
