could you please share your e-mail code?
parts between [my-group-name] and [/my-group-name] should be removed from the email if [group my-group-name][/group] was hidden during form-submission.

shouldn’t this:
[sesso-m]Il sottoscritto [nome-m], nato a [luogo-nascita-m], il [data-nascita-m][/sesso-m]
[sesso-m]La sottoscritta [nome-f], nata a [luogo-nascita-f], il [data-nascita-f][/sesso-m]
be
[sesso-m]Il sottoscritto [nome-m], nato a [luogo-nascita-m], il [data-nascita-m][/sesso-m]
[sesso-f]La sottoscritta [nome-f], nata a [luogo-nascita-f], il [data-nascita-f][/sesso-f]
?

Sorry for that, I double checked it but it wasn’t enough. Thank you.
Anyway, two questions:
1. Is it possible to use the same field for different groups?
I mean, instead of using [nome-m] and [nome-f], can I use [nome] for both?
2. Do you think is it possible to let this work with Send PDF for Contact Form 7 as well?
All conditional fields are always shown in the PDF.

1. no
2. i know there are some bugs with the PDF plugin. In my opionion these should be solved by the author of the PDF plugin. A while back i offered them to work out the problem together, but we got stuck if I remember correctly. So short answer: no
So, the problem is solved in the e-mail message?

Yes, problem solved.
I got messed up because it didn’t work either in the email or in the pdf.
Code is now working fine in email message.
Thank you very much for your time.
No problem. Feel free to leave a review
