Hi, everything was working fine, but now when I go to edit a product or create a new product, the select dropdown of ‘Add new custom field’ display only attributes that start with ‘adt_’ which I think belongs to this plugin. Even after installing and configuring the plugin and creating a google feed, that dropdown list used to display (few days ago) the full list of custom fields without a problem and I even mapped some of these custom fields to the Google shopping feed without a problem. Something since then caused the list to display only this plugin attributes. I can see the rest of the custom fields are still in the database – they just don’t display on the product edit pages. Might it be that when I cleared the cache in the plugin settings under ‘Clear custom attributes product meta keys cache’, perhaps this cause the issue? Either way, I would appreciate if you could let me know how this can be resolved so I will see the full list of the custom fields and not just the Product Feed Pro attributes, which seem to overwrite the default list of custom fields.

    Hi @mirons,

The Product Feed Pro (free version) doesn’t include a custom field feature or an “Add new custom field type” option on the product page. Based on your description, it sounds like those fields were added by a third-party plugin, which might now be deactivated or removed.

To better understand your setup and identify what might be causing this, could you please share your site’s system report?

You can find it by navigating to WooCommerce → Status, then clicking the “Get System Report” button. Copy the report and share it here so we can review your environment and assist you further.

When sharing the details, please use the code block option for easier readability — as shown here: https://snipboard.io/lSUL1W.jpg.

    Thanks!

I’ve replicated the issue on another installation and it seems this is a new bug in your plugin that was introduced in the latest version 13.4.8. It didn’t exist in version 13.4.7. Once a product feed is being created, the ‘Add New Custom Field’ dropdown in the edit product pages is being populated only by attributes that belong to this plugin, such as adt_feed_filters, adt_feed_rules, adt_filters, adt_mappings, adt_refresh_interval etc. All other custom fields that are supposed to show up (and are still in the database) are not being displayed anymore. You are likely to be able to see it yourself in any other installation of the free version of Product feed Pro v13.4.8. Simply make sure it has a feed that’s been created and go to edit a product or create a new one. You will notice that the custom fields dropdown displays only attributes starting with ‘adt_’ (which I assume stands for AdTribes).

    Hi @mirons ,

Can you please send in a screenshare or a recording on the bug so we can try to replicate and raise a bug report?
