    Hey there,

after the last plugin update, all the EAE blocks (content switcher, timeline, etc) in my pages disappeared.

I can still use the plugin and add new blocks, but I lost my current ones.

    • On the “navigator” section of Elementor, the EAE blocks disappered from the list of blocks
    • I tried to get back on previous versions of my page, but nothing happened

Any ideas how to restore my blocks?

    Thanks, Charly

+ it’s causing a bug on the Elementor builder (I’m forced to launch it in safe mode)

    Hi @lych,
That’s strange. 1.13.3 is already active on a lot of sites and working fine. Check whether elements are enabled or not, to check follow the below steps.
Dashboard > Elementor Addon Elements. Check all the required widgets are activated, if not activate all the required widgets.
Then Visit the page on which this happened open the editor and through the history feature, select the last proper working position.

    hello @hardiksharma,

Thank you for your fast answer.

Actually I tried to desactive/reactivate the widgets, but it didn’t work.

I then tried to desactivate/reactivate the EAE plugin and it worked:

    • no more bug leading to soft mode in Elementor
    • I can see my EAE blocks back

    Thanks a lot
