Really sorry to hear that. Actually, I have a little bit confused about your query. Did you mean you’re not getting the EA elements on the editor? If yes, Would you kindly check whether the EA elements are enabled or not from the Dashboard -> Essential Addons -> Elements?

We are really sorry to hear about the issue you are facing. It seems that the Elementor widget panel is not showing the settings for the widgets and the widgets are also not visible. Will you please provide the screencast/screenshot of the issue so that I can check and assist you?
