All Forms GONE!!!

I recently upgraded wordpress and FS Contact Form and now ALL my client’s workshop and tour registration forms are GONE!!! Around 8 forms total…
Can someone please tell me why? I have used this plugin for over 2 years and never had this happen before!!!
