great plugin, keeps me backed up. I ran into the same issue as the other reviewer where I was only getting sql backups. But the developer was really helpful after I’d raised a ticket. I deleted the contents of the ‘exclude’ field and that worked to back up the whole site then. Experimenting with adding things back in to that field now.

Would be good if the backup zips were labeled with the site name, or if you could specify a dropbox folder. You can do this with the ftp backups and would help when backing up multiple sites.
