I am not sure what happened, but I posted a reply to your first post soon after you posted it.
The first thing to check after upgrading to version 6.0 or higher from 5.9 is if your links made it through. You can see that when you click on the top-level Link Library menu item. If you have no links, or if you have link duplicates, you should go to the Global Options and click on the Re-import Links button.
Once you have all of your links in place in the All Links list, if you still don’t get a list of links displayed on the site, you should check if you have category IDs listed in the shortcode instance:
[link-library settings=”1″ categorylistoverride=”28″]
The IDs for categories change when you upgrade to version 6.0 or higher from 5.9, so any category ID specified in the categorylistoverride parameter needs to be updated for links to be displayed correctly.

Thank you so much for your help. I did a Re-import of the links. And all the links displayed properly in the Link Library. The links do not display on the site. Can you please clarify how to update the catergorylistoverride parameter so the links can display correctly.

The easiest way to get the new category IDs is to go to the Categories section under the Link Library menu, look at the categories that you are looking to display and find the appropriate ID for it.
If you are dealing with a large number of categories, you can use the tool I provided under the Global Options section called ‘Export category mapping’, towards the top of the page. This will export a file showing the old IDs and the new ones.
