All locations gone

    Hi,

    First I would like to say that in the past I LOVE your Store Locator. However it seems as though when I updated the plugin, it went back to a list of my first four locations – not the 55 that I had entered in.

    They are all gone. Is there an quick fix to this or do I have to enter them all back in again.

    If you could get back to me asap to let me know I would really appreciate it. I am under a time restriction to getting this back up.

    @judiefreels thanks, please contact via our website — there is no way for locations to just disappear by themselves.

    When you say “it went back to a list of my first four locations” — that actually sounds like your website’s database and/or server crashed and your host restored a backup w/o you realizing it.
