• Hi, when I press All Options, I land on a Not Found page:

“Not Found The requested URL was not found on this server.”

    In Diagnostics I have:

Connecting back to this site wp_remote_post() test back to this server failed! Response was: cURL error 52: Empty reply from server

Connecting back to this site via IPv6 (not required; failure to connect may not be an issue on some sites) (opens in new tab) wp_remote_post() test back to this server failed! Response was: cURL error 7:

Hi @kyashan22, thanks for getting in touch.

Firstly, problems with viewing Wordfence’s pages may be down to an incomplete/corrupt installation which would require reinstallation of the plugin. This can also be caused by Atomicorp’s ModSecurity server firewall rule (ID 390149) that breaks our plugin’s admin pages.

If you don’t know if your hosting account is using ModSecurity then your hosting provider can disable any rules hitting false-positives for Wordfence, which would be better than disabling the ModSecurity server firewall for your hosting account altogether.

cURL Error 52 is often related to a proxy on the server end. Make sure you’ve allowed our IPs and your own site to connect back to itself. If it was related to the response being sent from our servers, it should have been a temporary issue.

If you’re unable to find out more from your host, visit the Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics page. You can send the output to us at wftest @ wordfence . com. Click on “Send Report by Email”. Please add your forum username where indicated and respond here after you have sent it.

NOTE: It should look as follows – Screenshot of Tools > Diagnostic > Send by Email

    Many thanks,
    Peter.
