All plugin updates hanging

    Since upgrading to 4.2.2 this morning when I try to update a plugin it just says ‘Updating…’. The website is still responsive and if I refresh the page after 5 minutes it gives me a warning about leaving the page and the plugin says it has been upgraded.
    What might be causing this?
