Suddenly it just started to work, after purging CF cache.
Hmmm, interesting, I have the same problem but no cache plugin…
I have a JS error:

Freemium opt-in is completely optional. Most of the interface is build with javascript (react). So if your browser is loading js files due to cache, then this can cause some issues.
@klaggy Can you also try to clear browser cache. Or try in incognito mode to check if this is also due to some browser based cache?

Same situation here: none of the admin plugin views are available.
I enabled SiteGround Optimizer (host:siteground), with “Fix mixed” the console js errors about mixed content gone.
