1. I’m assuming you did try using the re-order function and save? Did this just have no affect?
2. Please deactivate all your other plugins and switch to the default twentytwelve theme and tell me if that fixes it. The aim here is to rule out conflict, because this is the most likely cause of this problem.

Re-order did not change the layout still the same with problem.
Only your plug-in is activated.
Using 2012 Theme aligned the All products page.
My theme is causing it? But only wp-calatalog is activated plug-in.
Ok so if it works with twentytwelve theme then the problem is definitely coming from your theme. It is almost certainly to do with jQuery conflict – because the reorder function uses Ajax. Check your theme for hardcoded jQuery. Also read this article which explains all about using jQuery in WordPress properly.
