All setup nothing happening

    Hi,

    We have all setup according to the instructions.
    Custom contact fields are created.
    However nothing is happening.
    We have new WooCommerce users and transactions but nothing gets reflected in Mautic.

    Any suggestions how to troubleshoot. Or we are missing something.

    Hello,

    Thanks for your interest and using our plugin.

    As you have mentioned that the custom fields are correctly setup but no data is getting created on mautic then please make sure the following points:

    1) The plugin will create new contacts on mautic and the order details will be there.

    2) The plugin pushes only registered users of your store and no guest orders are processed.

    3) If you are sure that the orders are from registered users, then please make sure the working of wordpress cron on your site as the plugin pushed the data to mautic in every five minutes via wordpress cron.
