Are you using shortcodes? If so, make sure that your id attributes have unique values assigned. Right now, they both have ‘my_new_id’.
Sorry I have forgot to mention that I am not using short code.

i have a simmilar problem on my site.
In Support menu is one expand text with “mehr anzeigen” and in Kontakt->Impressum “mehr anzeigen. The problem ist that when i open and close once the text in support menu and after that i open the menu Impressum tahn i have the text allready opened. I use Shortscode.

yes i resolve it by disable ajax transmitions effect for loading new site/under site for my template (Sailent). After that everything works fine.
