all static buttons not appear

All static buttons that are supposed to show on the bottom of these three pages are not showing up. I have deactivated all plugins to try, but still not showing up. I deleted my custom ccs code, which centers the button, but that didn’t do any good. Before the update, buttons showed up right under where it says “Share this page with a friend!”

Please advise!
