All Submissions Getting Spam Error Message | ww.wp.xz.cn

Hi,

I’m using Contact Form 7 to submit forms from a company website. I was notified of issues starting today that all messages were getting the error message that meant the “submission was referred to as spam.” After removing ReCAPTCHA keys it works fine. How do I receive form submissions while having ReCAPTCHA installed?

Hi Takayuki, the website is at: headquarters.kw.com/contact-us. I’ve had to remove reCAPTCHA to allow form submissions while looking for a solution.

What other plugins and theme do you use on the site?

It’s a custom theme and we use the following plugins: Advanced Custom Fields, Yoast SEO, ACF Content Analysis for Yoast SEO and added WP Mail SMTP after experiencing issues with Contact Form 7 last week.

Try switching to the default theme and deactivating all other plugins.

Why you are advised to deactivate plugins and switch to the default theme.
