‘All Users’ disappears under Users

    Thank you for the time reading.

    When I log in to the website with Profile Builder as an administrator, ‘All users’ is disappear and it will be displayed if I switch to an Editor account to log in which is pretty awkward because the administrator cannot access the list of users while editors can.

    Can anyone has got any thoughts on this and potentially how to fix it? Here is the screenshot of what options are available under the ‘Users’ section now.

    Hi @sirhenryhu,

    This looks a lot like a conflict with some other code or plugin, the first/next recommended step is the conflict test (ideally in a staging environment):

    Briefly* disable all other plugins and enable the default Twenty Twenty theme. Please also disable all add-ons. If this fixes the problem, enable everything one by one, checking each time to see when the problem returns.

    NOTE: Please do the conflict test on a test site, not on the live site.
