All users not available

Hi everybody,

I am having two problems:

1) I have a list of authors set. The issue is that in the drop down list of the post to choose the author, I don’t see all options. Lets say that I have 6 authors set, I can only see 3. I used to be able to sort this out by clicking on “quick edit”. That dropdown list showed every author available, but here comes issue 2:

2) Quick edit is no longer working. I click on it and nothing happens.
