“All Users” page displays the users associated with atleast one group and having their account status marked active. You may list such users by referring to the following steps:
1) Login to WordPress dashboard. Go to “ProfileGrid >> Members” in dashboard.
2) All registered users will be listed here. Please make sure that you have active status for the users you wish to display on group page and also they are associated with atleast one group.

Hi,
Yes, they are all active and assigned to a group. I can even see the profiles they made, but they aren’t showing up in the group pages or all users page. Please assist!
