All Website E-mails Sent Via wp_mail() Function

Hello,

We have a very standard WordPress install that includes a WooCommerce store, and recently I’ve become interested in finding out the various e-mails that are sent automatically in a standard WordPress setup…

From what I’ve gathered, this would be anything that uses the wp_mail() function. What I’d really like to find is a list of actions (or scenarios) that include e-mails being sent by the website.

However, for some reason I’m not able to find a simple breakdown like this. So if someone could provide this information — or direct me to where it’s documented — that would be much appreciated.
