All widgets content disappeared

    I just updated Yoast SEO and got the following error – after which I noticed all the content from my sidebars and other widgets disappeared. I can’t be sure but I’m assuming the 2 might be related?

    The widgets are still all there in WordPress dashboard but all their content is gone and they are all just blank. The very bizarre thing is that restoring my databese from backups is NOT returning them 🙁
