Allow AUTHOR to create galleries

    I just noticed that only ADMINISTRATOR user has access to create new galleries
    Is it not possible to allow AUTHOR to be able to create galleries as well?

    I hope am missing something in settings because not sure why authors or anyone else other than administrator can not create or/manage galleries
